While PennAvenue is based in Tennessee, it symbolizes the great intersection of America on Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington, D.C. Pennsylvania Avenue is the known corridor where government, business, non-profits and public citizens intersect on important matters.

PennAvenue was founded to support clients in reaching across sectors to collaborate to move projects and initiatives forward. Penny Judd’s experience spans interfacing with top leaders in the White House to discussing tough issues with public citizens in townhall meetings.
